Mine Gems naturally in Nantahala Rainforest!
Bring the whole family for this kid-friendly gem mine tour in Nantahala Rainforest! We start in Highlands, NC with an open air tour via Gold Mine Road and California Mountain to Jackson Hole Gem Mine.
On the way, learn about the Nantahala National Forest. There are easy short walks (with some steep sections) to see several waterfalls and spectacular views along the way.
Our open-air adventure vehicles will whisk you along the scenic Cullasaja Gorge National Park back to Highlands, NC.
Note: The price of the Gem Mine is not included. The Gem Mine charges $10 to $35 per bucket. Most children will enjoy one $10 bucket each or share a larger bucket
